Annel Lilly, originally from Veracruz, Mexico, now resides in McAllen. She began showing her paintings in various shows in South Texas in 2019.

 

She has painted murals for the city of McAllen and for her church nursery.
She works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache and sometimes in inks and
pastels. Although her style is realism, she enjoys exploring abstract as well.
Portraits, still-life, and animals are her favorites. She has been expanding to
landscapes and architectural subjects.

Her desire is to transmit the joy of happy paintings and her feelings of tranquility and peace in her art.
