Kathy Rinearson
Kathy started drawing and painting at the age of four. Influenced by her Aunt, a teacher, Kathy followed the same path, becoming an art educator. Over the next 35 years, Kathy raised her family, taught art and helped run her family's businesses.
After retiring and moving to the Rio Grande Valley, Kathy became a practicing visual artist. Influenced by life in South Texas, Kathy paints sea turtles, birds of the region and florals. Using liquid acrylic pours for backgrounds of her artwork, Kathy's paintings bring joy to many people who admire her bright beautiful way of taking the viewer's eye into the painting. Kathy happily paints daily. Commission pieces of artwork are welcomed.
